Rosslyn Hill Chapel offers a beautiful setting for a wedding and a highly personalised approach to the service - in the past we have had everything from Zulu drummers to string quartets accompanying the celebration, and have welcomed couples of all denominations and faiths, as well as many couples of no faith.
If you want our Minister (Jim Robinson) to officiate, he will help you create a ceremony which reflects your special relationship. The Chapel has a Registrar so the legal ceremony can be held at the same time. In addition to traditional marriages, we are also pleased to host ceremonies for same sex couples.
The rite of marriage at Rosslyn Hill is all about the personal preferences of the couple. The bride and groom (or bride and bride, or groom and groom) design their own service with the help of our Minister. A Unitarian wedding is just as likely to include words from Walt Whitman or Tagore, as from the Koran or the Bible. Whether you prefer a traditional or non-traditional ceremony, we will do our best to cater to your needs.
